"Nell proved to be invaluable in narrowing our choices for home care to three agencies. She was a calm and positive presence through a very stressful time in our family member's hospital-to-home transition."

"My husband has been seriously ill with complications of lymphoma and a bone marrow transplant for over a year, and when he was discharged from a long hospital stay recently we knew he would need 24-hour care. With two children at home and the entire responsibility of running our household on me, I had neither the time nor the energy to sort through the maze of options for his care or figure out what questions to ask and resources to pursue. Nell attended family medical conferences with me, called dozens of caregiving agencies to narrow down top picks, communicated brilliantly with me and the caregivers about his needs, set up interviews, and helped me make a choice that has been wonderful for our family. Throughout it all she was a calm, deeply caring, reassuring voice and presence as I navigated an unfamiliar and overwhelming medical process. I would unhesitatingly recommend her patient advocacy services to any family or patient facing a difficult diagnosis or a complex medical journey."

My daughter in law was diagnosed with ovarian cancer in July 2016. Nell served as her patient advocate as she battled this horrible disease. Tina spent 40 days in the hospital and Nell worked tirelessly as a liaison between her many doctors, the hospital and her family. We were not equipped on our own to handle all the medical terms, the treatment, the questions we had. There are so many things that we just didn't understand. Nell helped us and Tina so much. Her rapport with the doctors was such that she had their cell phone numbers and could call them any time of the day with questions about treatment we did not understand. She helped my son taking care of Tina and dealing with the doctors and with hospital forms and everything else we didn't know much about. Tina did not survive this horrible disease, but we want to thank Nell for helping us. She even helped the family through Tina's death and how to tell her 3 children. We will be forever grateful for her compassionate assistance and her medical knowledge. I don't know how we would have got through this without her. Thanks Nell
